AUDIT COMMITTEE

The Audit Committee consists of independent professionals and is chaired by an Independent Commissioner. It assists the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory function and is responsible for assessing whether the financial and operational reports prepared by the Board of Directors are reliable, as well as ensuring that control policies and the enforcement of laws and regulations are implemented in the Company's business.

The Audit Committee performs its duties in accordance with the Audit Committee Charter approved by the Board of Commissioners. Currently, the Audit Committee consists of three members, as follows :

Agustinus

Member of Audit Committee

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1984, and domiciled in Indonesia. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Accounting, from Perbanas Institute, Jakarta, in 2008, followed by an Accountant (Ak.) degree in Accounting Professional Education from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta, in 2013, and a Master of Accounting degree from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta, in 2021. His certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Audit Committee Practitioner (CACP), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA), and Associate CPA Australia (ASA Aust.).

In the course of his career, he has held various positions, including R&D staff at MRA Media Group (2006-2007), Auditor at KAP Rama Wendra (Parker Randall & McMillan Woods) (2008-2016), and Expert Staff Director at PT Bukit Multi Investama - PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Group (2016). He is currently active as an Auditor in a Public Accounting Firm, Finance Director of PT Ulu Mas Jaya ( brayamart.com & belibenih.com) and a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk.

Parameshwara

Member of Audit Committee

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1975 and domiciled in Indonesia. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Management, from Tjut Njak Dhien University, Medan, in 2005, followed by a Bachelor of Law degree from the same university in 2007. He then earned a Master of Business Law degree, majoring in Business Law, from Medan Area University, Medan, in 2008, and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of North Sumatra, Medan, in 2017.

He is the Founding Partner of the Law Offices of Dr. Parameshwara, S.E., S.H., M.H., C.A.C.P., C.R.B.C. & Partners (2008-present). He also serves as Advocate & Director of Bina Justisia Law Institute (2010-present). He has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Tjut Njak Dhien University, Medan, since 2007, and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the same university since 2008. Additionally, he is a Postgraduate Lecturer for the Law Study Program and Kenotariatan Study Program at Prima Indonesia University, Medan (2017-present), and Batam University (2017-present). He is also a Trainer for PERBARINDO North Sumatra and Batam.
