PT MUL's concern for education and attention to the children of the community around the PT MUL Company environment has indeed become a permanent commitment and has been running for 3 years in Kandis District since 2015 and has been realized with many concrete actions and directly to the target. For this reason, as many as 6 children from the community around the PT MUL Company were given scholarships.

PT MUL through Office Manager Risdiansyah Putra explained, “Scholarship assistance to children around the Company's environment is specifically for community children who excel and have a ranking in their respective schools and this program is a CSR program of PT MUL which is carried out on an ongoing basis where the awarding is carried out annually when entering the new school year and this is also a form of concern and attention from PT MUL which is very concerned about the quality of education for school children, especially for children who have good achievements and has also become a joint company commitment in our sense of concern for education and the nation's children,” he said.

Office Manager Risdiansyah Putra continued, “The provision of CSR scholarship assistance for outstanding children from Telaga Sam - Sam Village & Simpang Belutu Village was held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the PT MUL office. Sudirman RW 08 who represented the children of the Telaga Sam - Sam Village community and Didi Oyong RW 01 Simpang Belutu Village along with the parents of each child, scholarships for children of Telaga Sam - Sam Village as many as 4 children with the category of elementary school level 2 children according to the first rank of 1 child and the second rank of 1 child and the category of high school level 2 children also according to the first rank of 1 child and the third rank of 1 child while for Simpang Belutu Village there are 2 children with the category of elementary school level 1 child for the first rank and 1 person at the junior high school level also for the first rank and we hope that of course this will benefit the children of the Telaga Sam-Sam Village community and the children of the Simpang Belutu Village community that we have given this. We have provided similar assistance in the previous year and let us together pay attention to the nation's children, “he concluded.

Meanwhile, according to RW 08 Sudirman and RW 01 Didi Oyong really appreciated what the PT.MUL Company had done “We as representatives of the Government and the people of Telaga Sam-Sam Village and Simpang Belutu Village, Kandis District thank you for the scholarship assistance that has been given to a number of children, hopefully this can ease the burden on parents, especially on the parents of the child who has received scholarship assistance from the PT MUL Company,” he said.
