PT Berlian Inti Mekar, located in Palembang, South Sumatra Province, a subsidiary of PT Mahkota Group Tbk, again channeled Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to the community by making a borehole at the Suka Menang Village Head Office and Al Latif Suka Menang Kindergarten, Palembang, South Sumatra Province.

Today we hand over the use of boreholes at the Suka Menang Village Head Office and Al Latif Suka Menang Kindergarten, said DMOM PT BIM, Agus ST, at the handover ceremony of the use of boreholes to the Suka Menang Village Head, Firdaus SE accompanied by the Head of Suka Menang Hamlet, Susilo, at the Suka Menang Village Head Office, Thursday, April 23, 2020.

The borehole work was carried out from April 13 to 22 with a work contract value of IDR 16 million. The construction of boreholes carried out by PT BIM is a form of corporate responsibility to the community, including the government. With the assistance provided, it is hoped that the community will feel the benefits of PT BIM's presence, so that there is a harmonious relationship between the company and the community and the government around the company.

Every year PT BIM distributes CSR funds to improve the welfare of the community, said Agus.

Meanwhile, the Head of Suka Menang Village and the Regional Government expressed their gratitude for the assistance in the construction of the borehole carried out by PT BIM, said Firdaus SE.

According to him, the construction of boreholes carried out by PT BIM is very beneficial to be able to meet the needs of clean water in the Suka Menang Village Head Office and Al Latif Suka Menang Kindergarten.
