Mahkota Tricom Unggul (MTU) University distributed iftar meals in front of Campus B of MTU University, Jalan Pematang Pasir No 27 Tanjung Mulia Hilir, Thursday (5/4).

The distribution of food to break the fast is carried out by the University's academic activities. “This is a routine activity. We make it every year by involving the entire academic community in providing iftar food,” said the Rector of MTU University, Dr. Dompak Pasaribu, S.E., M.Si, CPA, CACP.

The Rector said that the activity was carried out as a social form and a means of building a relationship with the community. Hopefully this activity will bring goodness which is expected to bring blessings in the fasting month.

He considered the distribution of food to break the fast as a positive activity that needs to be done. The target is road users who do not have time to break their fast at home. “We distribute it to people who pass by, especially to pedicab drivers and motorcyclists who are fasting,” he said.
