MTU UNIVERSITY STUDENTS RECEIVE UKT SCHOLARSHIP FROM LLDIKTI REGION 1

Mahkota Tricom Unggul University (MTU) students again received Cash Tuition (UKT) scholarships for the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year from the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDikti) Region 1 North Sumatra.
The scholarship handover was carried out at MTU University Campus 2 on Jalan Pematang Pasir Number 27, Tanjung Mulia Hilir Medan witnessed by the Rector of MTU University Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Zulkarnain Lubis M.S Ph.D along with the dean, vice dean, head of study program, head of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and academic community, Monday (29/11).
The Rector of MTU University, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Zulkarnain Lubis M.S Ph.D in his remarks said that the provision of UKT scholarships is a form of LLDikti's trust in MTU University.
“On the way, we continue to make improvements, from a high school to a university. Likewise, from the number of study programs that were originally only two are now 6 study programs. We believe MTU University can become a superior university like its name Mahkota Tricom Unggul,” he said.
He said, this year there was an increase in the number of MTU University students receiving scholarships. Likewise, the number of study programs from one to two study programs. We hope that the number of students and study programs that receive scholarships at MTU University will continue to grow.
The Rector also reminded that students and alumni also have a role in bringing this university to excellence. The best promotion is from what students and alumni convey to the community. Convey and inform the public that MTU University is a superior university under PT Mahkota Group Tbk which is engaged in oil palm management. This university has also collaborated with other companies. In addition, the first campus of MTU University is located in the Jati Junction building on the 24th floor of Jalan Perintis Kemerdakaan No. 3A Medan.
The study programs at MTU University are in accordance with the needs of employment in the era of the growing industrial revolution, namely Management, Information Systems, Digital Business, Agribusiness, Information Technology and Accounting.
“I hope this scholarship can spur the spirit to study harder,” he said.
