MTU-DEL MOU FOR MERDEKA BELAJAR-CAMPUS MERDEKA PROGRAM

Rector of Mahkota Tricom Unggul University (MTU) Dr. Dompak Pasaribu SE, M.Si, CPA, CACP Together with the Rector of the Institute of Technology (IT) Del Dr. Arnaldo Marulitua Sinaga, ST, M. InfoTech signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the fields of research, service, exchange of lecturers and students, carrying out Datasering activities for management personnel and management development as well as organizing the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka Program and other fields, at IT Del Jalan Sisingamangaraja Sitoluama-Laguboti Toba Samosir Regency, Friday (5/27).
IT Del Rector Dr. Arnaldo Marulitua Sinaga, ST, M.InfoTech said that he was very ready to collaborate with MTU University so that it could realize Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka.
“After the signing of the agreed cooperation, it can be realized immediately,” he said.
Arnaldo Sinaga believes that each university has its strengths, but also its weaknesses.
MTU University which is fully supported by the Mahkota Group company engaged in the palm oil industry is one of the forces that can have an impact in improving the quality of education, not only for MTU University, but also IT Del. The management of palm oil waste into organic fertilizer carried out by MTU University can be cooperated with IT Del.
“There will be many forms of cooperation that can be done by MTU University with IT Del. Therefore, I am very grateful for the cooperation between MTU University and IT Del,” he said.
While the Rector of MTU University, Dompak Pasaribu praised the concept and learning process at IT Del is very worthy to be imitated. “I hope this cooperation can be well established and the programs can be implemented,” he said.
Dompak explained that MTU University was originally in the form of a College of Economics (STIE) which only had two study programs, namely S1 Management and DIII Accounting. Then it changed its form to Mahkota Tricom Unggul University with the addition of 4 study programs namely Digital Business, Information Systems, Information Technology and Agribusiness.
“As a new university, we really hope that IT Del can provide various experiences to MTU University in the field of technology,” said Dompak.
After the arrival of IT Del Rector Dr. Arnaldo Marulitua Sinaga, ST, M.InfoTech accompanied by Vice Rector I Dr. Johannes Harungguan Sianipar, S.T., M.T., Vice Rector III Public Relations Tommy Argo Simanjuntak, ST, M.ISD, Director of Education Monalisa Pasaribu, SS.., M.Ed (TESOL) invited the Rector of MTU University Dr. Dompak Pasaribu SE, M.Si, CPA, CACP, Head of Management Study Program Nasib S.Pd, MM, Head of Agribusiness Study Program, Suwandy Purba S.P, M.Si, Digita Business Lecturer, Nerdy Nababan S,Kom, M.Kom, Head of IT, Toras Batubara, S.Kom, M.Kom to see the facilities and environment of IT Del.
