Plantation company PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2021 fiscal year on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 10.00 WIB on the 29th floor of the Grand Jati Junction building, Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 3-A, Medan and through the Zoom meeting.

The agendas discussed in this AGMS, starting from the first, namely the approval of the annual report, ratification of the financial statements and granting a full release of responsibility (“Acquit et De Charge”) which ended on December 31, 2021.

The second is the determination of the use of the Company's net profit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.

Third, the meeting also approved the appointment of a public accountant to audit the company's financial statements for the 2021 fiscal year and authorized to determine the honorarium of the public accountant and other requirements.

The fourth is to authorize the Board of Commissioners to determine the honorarium of members of the Board of Commissioners and to determine the salaries of members of the Board of Directors.
