On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, PT Mahkota Group Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held online through eASY KSEI provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI).

The EGMS was attended by all of the Company's management as well as shareholders or their authorized proxies online with a total of 3,044,807,200 shares.
