On September 7, 2024, PT Mutiara Unggul Lestari successfully organized a Team Building event attended by 50 employees from various divisions of the company. The event, which aims to improve teamwork, took place with great enthusiasm from the participants.

The event was held at the beautiful PT Mutiara Unggul Lestari Football Field, located in a basin of land surrounded by palm oil plantations, factories and clear lakes.

The opening ceremony was officially conducted by the Head of Mill PT Mahkota group, Mr. Tek Hui, who in his speech conveyed the importance of synergy and collaboration in every element of the organization. He emphasized that the success of the company is highly dependent on the ability of each individual to work effectively in a team.

“Togetherness and strong cooperation are the keys to facing the various challenges that lie ahead. Through this team building activity, we hope to strengthen relationships among colleagues, improve communication, and build trust with each other,” said Mr. Tek Hui in his speech.

Team building is carried out in collaboration with the Mahkota Group Training Division, please note that since April 4, 2024 the Mahkota Group has officially formed a division that specifically handles training and counseling for all Mahkota Group employees including employees of PT Mutiara unggul Lestari.

The team building event was filled with various activities specifically designed to improve communication, collaboration and leadership among participants. Employees participated in various games and challenges that required them to work together in teams, solve problems together, and build mutual trust and cohesiveness.

In the activity, there are three games that must be followed by participants, namely writing blindfolded with stationery equipped with ropes and controlled by team members. A blindfolded ball moving game and a spider web passing game.

All games are simulations of factory activities that require planning, decision-making and cooperation. In each game is always filled with evaluation by the evaluator team, each team is given input on the weaknesses and strengths of the team, the role of the team leader and evaluation of team members.

Employees are very enthusiastic about the event and hope that the Company can carry it out at least twice a year, with this event they can release boredom, increase work enthusiasm.

At the end of the event, PT Mutiara Unggul Lestari hopes that each participant can bring the spirit of togetherness and better collaboration to the work environment, and be able to increase productivity and overall company performance.

This team building activity is an important momentum for the company in strengthening solidarity between employees, so that it is expected to have a sustainable positive impact on the development of PT Mutiara Unggul Lestari in the future. (Rls).
