Acting Governor of North Sumatra (Sumut) Agus Fatoni handed over the North Sumatra Siddhakarya Productivity Award 2024 to a number of companies, mayors and regents. The award ceremony was held at Tengku Rizal Nurdin Hall, Governor's Office House, North Sumatra, on Wednesday (4/12/2024).

The award is an effort by the government to motivate companies to increase productivity and innovation. There are two categories of awards given, namely the Category of Companies with Excellent and Developing Qualifications, and the Productivity Advisor Award Badge.

PT Mahkota Group, Tbk successfully won the Productivity Award in 2024 with outstanding qualifications. Siddhakarya is the highest productivity award in companies that significantly improve the quality of human resources and work productivity. Siddhakarya is a productivity award given by the Governor in every even year.

"This award is given to give appreciation for the performance and productivity achievements that have been made. It is also to create a competitive climate among all companies. This is also to improve the company's reputation to be even better at improving performance," said Fatoni.

"We hope this award will motivate more companies and regional heads in the future to continue to compete in a healthy way," he added.
