In order to maintain and improve the work motivation of employees, PT Karya Pratama NiagaJaya organized a recreation trip to Par Parean Beach, Porsea, North Sumatra, which was attended by employees and their family members.

By using a tour bus, the group departed on February 8, 2024 at 01.00 WIB.

After a year of work, employees need to be given the opportunity to unwind by participating in outdoor activities that can reduce work pressure and can increase new work motivation for the employee.

The initial activity began with breakfast together and exchanging menus brought from their respective homes.

After that, introduce the location of the par parean beach tourist area.

During the recreation, they participated in many games, if the parents played banana boat, the children participated in a quiz competition on national insight.

The quiz competition was conducted on a boat traveling around Lake Toba.

After being satisfied with the atmosphere of the recreational waters, proceed to the mountains to the location of the caldera where recreation with a lake background with cool air.

From the caldera, the group returned to the factory housing complex and then to the factory to resume work with renewed vigor.
