PT Mahkota Group Tbk continues to be committed to supporting the advancement of education in Indonesia by providing educational assistance through its subsidiary PT Berlian Inti Mekar (BIM) Rengat to the Tricom College of Economics (STIE) located on Jalan Marelan Raya No. 19 Pasar III, Rengas Pulau, Medan, Friday, April 24, 2020.

The delivery of educational funding assistance was carried out by the General Manager of PT BIM Rengat, Adi Susanto Teo, directly received by the Chairperson of STIE Tricom, Prof. H. Ir. Zulkarnain Lubis, M.S Ph.D at the STIE TRICOM campus.

​General Manager of PT BIM Rengat, Adi Susanto Teo explained that the education fund assistance came from the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund. In addition to helping education funds, the company also distributes social CSR funds for the welfare of the community around the company, said Adi.

According to Adi, companies must have concern for the world of education, one of which is a high school that will give birth to quality human resources. Without qualified human resources, it is impossible for the industry to develop and produce good production in quality and quantity.

​“With the educational assistance funds provided by PT BIM Rengat, we hope that STIE Tricom graduates will be more qualified and able to answer market needs, including industry,” Adi said.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of STIE Tricom, Prof. H. Ir. Zulkarnain Lubis, M.S Ph.D thanked the support of PT BIM Rengat for allocating CSR funds to help the world of education in Indonesia, especially at STIE Tricom.

“With this assistance, hopefully it can further increase the enthusiasm of STIE Tricom employees and teachers in producing quality human resources,” he said.
