IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES, MAHKOTA GROUP MANAGEMENT CONDUCTS TRAINING CENTER

Thursday, April 4, 2024, the mahkota group officially opened the training center located in hamlet XIII of bengkalis district, Riau.
The training center adjacent to the flagship PT Intan Sejati was created with the aim of improving the quality of human resources in the mahkota group.
The opening ceremony, which continued with training for supervisors to manager level, was attended by Br. Curpin as general manager representing the board of directors of the mahkota group.
In his speech, he conveyed the important role of the training center for the continuity of the company, considering that currently major changes are happening in all lines of life including changes in the palm oil industry and its derivatives.
At the mahkota group training center, various trainings are conducted such as soft skills training such as communication skills, negotiation, empathy and others.
Soft skills training is training that aims to develop skills that are not technical in nature, but are essential in a variety of professional and social situations.
Hard skills focus more on concrete and measurable abilities.
In his presentation, the manager of the training center, Br. G.eko pramudya (pram) expressed his enthusiasm with the high enthusiasm of employees to take part in training center training whose task is to ground the company's vision and mission must be welcomed as a partner of friends in the factory.
